Our experience with Heritage Design was seamless from our first contact to the completion of the job. Dominic and his staff travelled to quote, measure up and lay our beautiful front verandah tiles. We couldn’t be happier with their service or the end result. Special thanks to Shane who worked with us to complete the project. What a difference this has made to our beautiful home. We are extremely happy with the exceptional quality of the workmanship of the new tessellated tiles on our front verandah. It has totally transformed the front entry to our house. Domenic and his team were courteous, punctual, and constantly communicated with us during the job. Could not be happier, and would not hesitate to recommend Heritage Design for any tiling work.

I cannot speak highly enough of our new verandah and entrance tiles installed by Domenic and his team from Heritage Design.
Every step of the process was truly professional - from the detailed quote to the personal phone call to signal the next day’s actions over the three week period. I trust Domenic’s advice and his skill in knowing how to get the final result for the age and location of our home in Prahran.
Replacing the entrance tessellated tiles in an old terrace house makes for a significant improvement to its look and stability, so I’m glad I took the recommendation of my friends who were also delighted with the job he did for them in Windsor.
Once the painting and garden is complete I will update the photos, but in the meantime we are thrilled!

Very happy with the tiling work done by Dom and his team on two verandahs on our Edwardian home. They laid tiles and bluestone bullnose edge and it looks great! Heritage Design were friendly, tidy and reliable.

Extremely happy with our newly tessellated front verandah. It looks great and the work is skillfully done and of high quality. Domenic provided us with lots of help and advice from planning and design through to completion. All the team for our project were reliable and easy to work. with.
They did an excellent job cleaning and removing tile adhesive from commercial concrete floor. Clean work, on time , on budget.
Tony and Rob are very pleasant and professional. Prompt arrival and very easy people to work with. Tony even provided us with a trolley to move fridge and washing machine before work commenced. If you want the best service and a high quality job at a reasonable price, then you need look no further.
I had to have some old tiles removed and i wasnt sure what to expect. They guys at Dna were fantastic. Dealing with them was so easy and the end result exceeded my expectations and i was so pleased. Im planning on using them again for other jobs. Highly recommended.

Updated review - we’ve had issues with the tiling job undertaken by DNA namely the grout lines developing white patchy spots throughout and we’ve been unable to get DnA to resolve the issue either via tony or dom. Note DNA has split into two new businesses. Recommend you stay clear of both businesses as the follow up support has been extremely poor from these individuals.
DnA City are an excellent and well organised team led by Dominic and Antonio to get slab and tiling preparation completed prior to tiling. They were professional, clear, fair pricing and communicated well to do our large floor tile grinding job and turned up promptly as arranged. The team were polite and professional and left our job well done and hardly any dust. I will be recommending Dna to some Builders and tiles shops we deal with regularly.

The team were on time, professional, friendly and did an amazing job removing tiles from 90% of the house, as well as stripping the bathroom and removing tiles from the front porch. From the moment I contacted Tony for a quote, the service from DnA City Corporation was exceptional. The quote was excellent and communication to arrange a start date was very straight forward. The boys arrived on time, carried out the removal of our slate to an incredibly high standard and cleaned up the work site extremely well. Did a fantastic job of repairing our deck area after we discovered some very significant leaks. Completed the work to a high standard, within the timelines they gave us and were extremely flexible with their time given significant rainfall that halted the process. Highly recommend.
We recently removed the carpet from a concrete slab. We got some poor advice and had someone try to seal it (not DNA city). It looked terrible and wasn't suitable. DNA city were recommended by a large commercial vinyl installer. Easy to contact, came quickly to quote, Dominic Tony and the team grinded back the slab and self levelled it ready for vinyl installation. Very prompt professional work, very happy with the finished product. All work ran to the quote provided. Call them, your in good hands!

After a disastrous flood Dominic and his team arrived promptly and carefully moved my fully furnished home from side to room to bathroom and back again whilst his team skilfully and careful removed the dripping sodden carpet from the entire apartment. They were efficient friendly careful and empathic and I can't recommend them highly enough.
GDC Tile Removal GDC offered a competitive quote They were easy to contact with questions. Workers arrived at the time agreed upon. Tony and the guys removed tiles from my townhouse, and what a fantastic job they did! No mess, they went above and beyond for the customer and did a wonderful job. The task at hand wasn’t an easy one, and took longer than expected due to the builders having made short cuts. This didn’t deter Tony and his team, only making them work harder and ensuring we were happy with the end result. I highly recommend them, and would definitely use their services again. No job is too hard for these guys, give them a call, you won’t regret it!
